ABG(Aditya Birla Group) has always been an integral part of my life since the past decade when i first moved from a small village to a town where i first experienced the concept of super market though MORE stores that helped me to buy all the daily necessities at an affordable price. Since then my association with the group has more or less been growing. From shopping in Pantaloons and buying clothes from Peter England to my recent management graduate necessity a Van Heusen western suit. One thing that wondered me all this time was on how a single entity has managed to understand the needs of customers across different domains effectively and has catered value driven products for the customers over a span of all these years.
Looking back at how a small cotton trading business has managed to create an empire of 44.3 billion$ , I could see two potential qualities that made ABG stand tall among its competitors one being its integrity towards business that made it as one of the most reliable brands in this country and second is the focus on the customer value generation that made it one of the most successful conglomerate in the world with products spanning over 14 industries and these are some key values and philosophies that i have unknowingly imbibed in my life due to my relation with the brand over all these years. Thank you ABG!!!
