A successful institution is known by the value it holds and the way it carries its day to day functioning in order to attain its vision. One of the distinct quality of our college is the way it has designed its system to inculcate the different values among the students, the values on which the foundation of our stands on.
The different values of our college include integrity, excellence, transparency, mutual respect, inclusion and environmental consciousness and all these values it has not just shown in the booklets but also tend to achieve it by including it into our daily life by designing our course schedule according to it. All the students whether senior or junior respect each other and cooperate wherever possible, while there has been a complete transparency in all the processes of IIM Udaipur even in minute activities. We also held all of us responsible for maintaining the balance of the ecosystem by conducting plantation activities and awareness programs. We try to excel in every department by maintaining discipline in every part of our schedule and strictly follow the deadlines.
Besides maintaining these values, we also tend to regulate the all-round activities in our college by conducting various events in the college through various societies developed in every domain in order to inculcate all necessary skills needed for all-round personality of an individual. We have established as many as 35 societies, clubs and Student interest group(SIG) with the main focus on the environmental activities in order to achieve one of our core values.
The geographic location of the institute plays a very important role in taking it to the zenith of success which our college is very fortunate as it is situated at the beautiful location of Udaipur, one of the best tourist place in the world. The place has been an immense importance to the Indian history. It has all the necessary transportation facilities access.
Moreover, an institute is always recognized by the students it possesses, the way the students of this college works, it shows the zeal to set records every time they do anything whether it is the academic excellence or its integrity. We all will work harder and harder in order to maintain the dignity of this college and the reputation which will soon be recognized not only in India but to the whole world through our initiatives and efforts.
Which ABG company would I want to work for and why?
I would like to work for Birla Sun life Asset Management as I have an interest in finance and also have the previous work experience of or working in credit department of SBI as Assistant Manager so I am aware of the kind of skills needed for the efficient working of the department and an analysis of various domains to achieve its objectives. The kind of word would suit my skill sets and would help in making a career in the finance department as a fund manager and credit analyst.
