Just as the Sun rises after the dark night and spreads it's light in the perfect saffron yellow ombre, Aditya Birla Group has probably done the same for a million lives. Aditya Birla Group is not just big but huge in my life. I remember being a kid and getting my lunch wrapped in Freshwrapp, which had become a necessity in probably every household out there. My mother always made sure that I got my chapattis wrapped in Freshwrapp as it keeps it fresh and so it did. Not just that, I cannot even count the number of times I have visited the Forever21 store, which is probably my favourite brand out there. And how could I ever forget about Pantaloons! After all the attractive offers that they give, how can any Indian resist from shopping from that store. Aditya Birla Group has not just focused on keeping the quality high and the prices just right in whatever field they step in, but also build a better, sustainable way of life for all sections of society and have played an important role in raising the country's Human Development Index. Aditya Birla Group has and will always hold a special place in my life for all the things that the group, as a whole, has done for the country, from providing two breads a meal to the needy to great job opportunities to the well off.
Overcoming challenges for any human being is a difficult task. After all, they are called challenges for a reason! Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to be in a leading position when I grow up. I didn't really know what I wanted to become, I just knew that I wanted to lead. But as you grow up, there are several things that come your way and divert you from the path that you wanted to chose. You become astray. Not knowing what to do, I joined Engineering. And as much as I loved studying and learning, I knew that was not something meant for me. After all, I always wanted to lead! I was a good student, getting perfect grades. But as much as I got into it, I started becoming depressed and anxious because that wasn't really what I wanted to do. So much, that I had to consult a psychologist. But, every cloud has a silver lining. I got into a job where I could explore my managerial skills, and knowing that I can do well and that was what I wanted to do, I started preparing for B-school entrance examinations, and yes! I got in!
