My challenge to ambition (Failure to success)
To start by saying that i have not achieved the success yet because success is something that has no end , you always strive to achieve more and more.
But to tell a story how i converted my challenge into ambition. It all started when i was in my 3rd year college , i used to think that easily i can crack interviews and that's a cakewalk , so when the placement started i sat for one of the big four company and there when they asked "Introduce yourself" , i realized that it was my ego who thinks that i know everything, i was not able to say my name properly. Then that day made me realized that i have to work hard on those skills , i started working on it , there comes another interview , i failed again this time i was overconfident in answering the questions , i again realized that i need to maintain a balance , finally there was company which was my ambition came for placement "Amazon" and there were 2000 candidates (Since it was a pool campus) , i finally managed to clear 4 rounds and was able to grab the job opportunity @amazon and was among those 80 candidates who got selected. Today i can freely communicate and i believe my communication skills have improved but i need to upscale it more.
It is always the hard work and dedication that takes you from your failure to success.
