Every individual has an aspiration for basic needs such as food shelter and clothing. A big and strong home is everyone’s dream. Ultra tech cement has helped me, and my family realize this dream, which I will cherish till the end of my life. I am In the current Digital Age, Connectivity has become a necessity in life. Vodafone and its network have helped me in providing seamless connectivity and mobile network facility, even during my stay in Andaman and Nicobar Island. This made me feel close to home despite being far away from mainland India. I am a foodie and I love my mother cooking. She makes great food and Freshwrap aluminum foil have helped in preserving the taste and warmth of my mother’s love for my lunch and dinners. The brands like Van Heusen, Allan Solly, Peter England helped me to adorn good dresses and rediscover a new person within me. All the above mentions scenarios have made me loyal to Aditya Birla Group and its products and helped me in a great way.
I was born in Chennai to a lower middle-class family. I was fortunate to have great parents, who have toiled to provide a good education for me. I had my primary education in a government school and moved to a small private school for the rest of my education. I was not fortunate to have tuition facility and other support which my school friends enjoyed, due to my poor financial background. But my ambitions were high despite my financial situations and this didn’t deter me from dreaming high. I worked hard sweating blood and tears and scored high enough to be one among the top 10 students of my school. My determination and hard work helped me achieve this feat. When failure stared me at my eyes it was Thomas Alva Edison’s life’s philosophy that helped me to overpower failure. This also helped me to secure a seat in top engineering college in the state. Life was not a bed of roses at engineering college. There was competition and struggle during my college days. Moving out of the comfort zone of my home to a new environment was an arduous task for me then. Self-help books of great authors like Robin Sharma, Dale Carnegie, and Steven Covey were of great relief for me during my college days. It helped me to come out of my comfort zone and face the challenges in life. During this period, books had a significant influence on my life, and it helped me to change my attitude towards life. Negativity was reduced and I started seeing positive in every situation. Music also played a huge rule in alleviating my mood when there was a breakdown. My decision to peruse MBA and my road to Indian Institute of Management Raipur was also not cake walk. The road was filled with thorns and spines, which I had to cross to get into this premier institute. There were ups and downs throughout my journey, but with perseverance, grit, determination and right attitude nothing is impossible. This is not the end in itself but the beginning of a new phase in my life which will be filled with more challenges and struggles. At this point what comes to my mind is a quote by Sir Winston Churchill.
“Success is not final, Failure is not fatal, It’s the courage to continue that counts”
