Likewise, every dimension of ABG links to me directly or indirectly. I am fond of shopping so Aditya Birla Fashion and Retails Ltd plays an important role in meeting my clothing requirements. Pantaloons is often the most sought brand as it rightly caters to my requirements since it is a budget friendly for the students like me. Also, being a management student and a future corporate, having a decent formal rightly reflects your personality and so VanHeusan and Allen Solly are the perfect choice for such profession.
ABG telecom merged its Idea Cellular with Vodafone India on 31
st August 2018 and has become the largest telecom company in terms of subscribers and revenue, surpassing Airtel. It has provided hassle free connection over phone and internet connection ensuring smooth 4G experience.
India’s largest cement company UltraTech Cement has been used in the recent construction of our house.
Hindalco Limited's Hindalco aluminium window pan frame has also been used for our windows as well.
This is how big role Aditya Birla Group plays in my life.
How I overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far
As a kid of 8
th standard, I was afraid of public speaking which was pretty much normal back then having no experience of speaking on stage alone where all the eyes in the audience focused on me. Fortunately it was mandatory for everyone to participate in the extempore speech competition irrespective of the standards. “Good Manners” was the topic which was given to me 2 minutes prior to my turn. I couldn’t put words to what I was thinking about because I was very nervous. It was a great embarrassment for me. I admit that that speech was total failure, which gave me a kick start in my life. Because I couldn’t speak a word on stage, it made me research about it keenly and I realised I need to change something within me. Soon after that I started speaking to myself about random things because framing perfect sentence in mind while thinking is a lot different than what you speak spontaneously. I started watching English movies and tried repeating some dialogues in front of the mirror just to up-skill my sentence forming ability and to bring those accents. I also started practicing my speaking skills in front of my friends and ask them for suggestions and improvements. Sometimes, I also used to record myself and watch it later to find out the areas that I need to improve more. These have tremendously helped me in improving my speaking skills and building confidence whether it is person to person or to public.
At the end of 9
th standard, I myself was surprised on being able to speak so much infront of the audience. I could just go on fearlessly. That day I realised how much I’ve developed myself with such little effort. The difference was so visible. I also anchored in many of my school and college events after that.
