Aditya Birla group, the 160+ years old group. There are lot many reasons why it is successful since years, certainly important reason will be how they cater the services to the people. Yes it is the brand which I have seen since my childhood in TV ads, on roads, in newspaper and where not. Basically I belong to the small village from Maharashtra. When I was in 4th standard we reconstructed our house. I used to go with my uncle everywhere he goes. So while placing order I was like we are going to buy Ultratech cement nothing else. That yellow bag with 'Ultratech cement' written on it. We do use all things till their threshold right! Now comes the important part we have a coconut garden. Whenever we need to collect the coconuts I used to go with ultratech cement bag and while coming home it always gave me the special feeling holding that bag full of coconuts watching that brand how it looks while I hold it that brand always inspired me doing such works. That was 11 years old me. This is the power of brand Aditya Birla Group have. Another best memory I have is I gifted my sister a ethnic dress on 'Bhaidooj' from pantaloons. She was extremely happy seeing that I bought it for her. Happiness on her face gave me great satisfaction. Idea cellular network is one of the best networks in India. I am using it for almost 7 years and it has great connectivity across India. I have never faced any problem during calls or while surfing on internet. As I stay away from my home it keeps me connected with my loved ones without any disturbance.
Part B: How you overcome your challenges to achieve your ambitions
There are lots of challenges we do face in our life. But the challenges we face while pursuing ambitions are the ones which we cannot forget. I had experienced such challenge during my engineering. I was a part of formula student team. In this we had to make a formula type race car. We were a team of 25 all budding engineers. Each and everyone from the team was passionate to set a benchmark in the competition for our college. In this competition we have to design, do analysis and manufacture the car in our own. We worked for a year investing time, efforts, money sacrificing our sleep and we built a good competitive race car. It seemed like all efforts we took were paid off. We tested it rigorously. We could not perform well for 2 years before that event. After seeing car performing well we got confidence that we could definitely survive in the competition. But then during the day of shipping car we were testing our car in the morning and out of nowhere due to suspension failure car met with an accident with major damage in rear right wheel assembly and wishbones. In Suspension designing and manufacturing we have to be careful and one could not manufacture it in a day. But we had no option. We had to manufacture it again in few hours. At that time team really worked very hard and we could manufacture the wishbones again. We could not attach it to the car because we had to work on wheel assembly. After shipping the car we had 3 days before we leave for competition. In those three days we worked on wheel assembly and made it ready to assemble in the car. After reaching to Buddh International Circuit, we unloaded the car and assembled the wishbone and wheel assembly and found it to be 3 inches offset. Still team did not lose the hope and we remanufactured it overnight. Due to the lack of time we could not complete the dynamic events. For that event we stood 27th in the competition. But we knew that we had a car for which we could not lose hopes. So we took a decision to participate in another competition. We participated in that competition and secured 3rd overall rank with 1st in cost presentation and 2nd in Acceleration test. We knew that we could had done it better and we did it when we got next opportunity.
