Aditya Birla Group is one such company which is not only profit centric but also tries to bring a change in society through various CSR activities in the field of Education, Healthcare, Sports, Public Infrastructure etc. So, Aditya Birla plays a pivotal role in changing the society towards a more progressive one.
Aditya Birla Group is associated in various business-like Life Insurance, Telecommunications, Steel, Chemicals, Food. In today’s world where internet connection is the lifeline for data flow , ABG plays a major role by providing uninterrupted 4G internet connection. Its internet connection connected myself to the outside world. Secondly in apparels sector ABG has a big name with brands like Peter England, Van Heusen, Louis Philippe and many more at a very reasonable rate and I am especially fond of Formal Apparel collection of ABG.
In cement sector, ABG Ultra Tech Cement have a lion’s share with more than half the market share in India, thus ABG plays a key role in building India. It has been the backbone for the construction of our house. Even in aluminum foil sector its foil kept my food fresh for past 15 years.

It’s the ABG who kept my hard-earned money safe and protected me against any future adversaries through its insurance schemes.
Interestingly, I can feel, how ABG has been big in my life, by adding up the moments of its’ products and services’ presence, to take care of my needs and preferences. Why only me, it is somewhere a part of many people not only in India, and worldwide too, and not just with products and services mentioned above and also through its CSR initiatives and thus affecting the lives of billions of peole globally.
How I Have Made an Impact:
I have been a very introvert person in the past. I would never talk to anyone because of my fear. I would be sitting alone at the back at classroom not speaking to anyone and because if this I have missed many important things in my life. I never used to socialize. I always used to get scared from speaking at stage. I was not a very good communicator and choose to stay isolated all the time.
But I was very fortunate to get a mentor in my life when I was in class 10
th. He encouraged me to take special public speaking classes in order to get rid of stage fear. He came to help me when I was in real need. I followed him diligently and I started to participate in various school competions whether be it public speaking, debate , extempo or any other thing. I made myself very determined to get rid of this problem permanently and I was ready to go extra mile to ensure that I improve.
I used to speak on random topics in front of the mirror, as I think it is the best way to remove fear public speaking. After some time I improved a lot on this and started participating in various public speaking and debate competition held across various schools. By god’s grace I won many accolades and got immense appreciation from all those people who earlier used to criticize me.
Now, At present my passion is public speaking. I like to speak on any random topic and to manage stage. All this happened because of immense dedication , tremendous amount of hard work and perseverance. I never lost patience and turned every criticism of past into opportunities for future
