Challenges Overcome to achieve my Ambitions
My ambition was to do an MBA. I faced challenges along the way as well as failures. I first decided to do my MBA in the year 2016. So I decided to go for MBA coaching classes. The classes were super packed and used to happen on the weekends. I used to be so tired some days after coming back from these classes that I had thoughts of just giving up. Time passed by and before I knew it the MBA entrance exams had come. The exams I dreaded the most. I gave them but didn’t feel confident about the results. The results then came out a few months later and the results were quite bad. I didn’t get good scores on all the exams that I gave. I began to lose all hope. Since my scores weren’t good I decided to give these exams one more shot that year. I could afford to spend money on the MBA coaching again for one more year so I decided to study on my own. I did this while working at a company. The big difference this time was that I put in that extra effort cause I knew it wouldn’t come east come easy. The time had come again to give the tests. I gave them and was happy about them this time. Soon, when the results came out I was super happy with the progress I made and these scores are what helped me to get admission in one of the most famous b-schools in the country, NMIMS. This has taught me the value of perseverance and hard work.
