Part A: Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?
Established in 1857 and lead by late Mr. Aditya Vikram Birla, Aditya Birla Group has truly achieved an objective behind its logo- The Vibrant sun with Crisscross sunbeams which indicates the visionary foundation and the multidimensional Verticals of the group.
Aditya Birla Group has impacted my life in many ways. I have worked in an NBFC and I understand the importance of Non-Banking Financial Company in our county’s growth. Aditya Birla Capital Ltd. Is one of the top five NBFCs in India which has provided liquidity to the economy and permit a higher level of economic activity through its services which is important for country’s as well as my development. It has provided opportunities through Small and Medium Enterprise finance, Personal Finance, Home Finance, etc. Because of the Vodafone idea ltd. I can communicate with my family and friends anytime without taking into consideration the distance. The world has become smaller through such telecom services. Infrastructure is the key contributor to the growth of any country. Through Ultratech Cement, ABG provides qualitative raw materials for the good infrastructure. ABG has also contributed to the development of society through CSR activities. The way they have focused on rural development, education, healthcare, and sanitation. I found it inspiring. The casual or the formals apparels that I wear belongs to trusted brands like Peter England and Allen Solly, the experience that I have when I go to the Pantaloons showroom is nothing but marvelous.
Aditya Birla Group has contributed to the development of India since independence in the various sectors like Telecom, Textile, Financial services, banking, cement, etc. which has brought change into my life as well.
Part B: How I overcame challenges to achieve my ambitions in life?
When I was in my school, I found that public speaking was not my best virtue. I was not able to convey the message that I intended to because of various reasons like an unstructured message, stage fear, etc. Two particular instances where my speeches failed to achieve its objective were depressing. I was upset that I could not ace the skill which is utmost important to have an attractive personality. I took the help of social media platforms like Quora and YouTube to improve my public speaking skills. I joined various courses of effective speaking and personality development to practice and implementation of the methods which could improve my public speaking skills, and eventually, IT DID. In my final year, I have held a lot of Position Of Responsibilities and I have addressed a group of more than 600 people thrice in qualitative events. I think what has helped me in achieving that is the clarity in my mind about the objective, persistence and the way I handled myself when I failed to achieve the objectives that I had in my mind.
I follow one rule in my life: Quietly you should endure, silently you should suffer, persistently you should work, and patiently you should wait for success.
