PART A: Importance of Aditya Birla Group in my Life-
Aditya Birla Group being in almost all the fields of life without any doubt has had impact on my life and continues to do so.
Presence of Aditya Birla Group in my life starts from my everyday morning, being a Idea Cellular Network user the first thing I do in the morning is use the data pack of Idea and surf things on internet.
Being a financial savvy person I wanted to start saving for my future goals and the option I took was starting a SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) by investing in Aditya Birla Pure Value Mutual Fund. This has not only helped me in saving money but also achieving my future goals with regards to Financial Stability.
Each one of us wishes to look good and presentable be it at a formal meeting or casual hangouts and parties with friends and ABG has given us a wide variety of apparel to choose from. I am loyal customer of ABG’s store and brand Pantaloons, Allen Solly, Van Heusen to a name few.
Last but the most important one is Ultra Tech Cement - this may sound a bit childish but the impact of this product by Aditya Birla Group has been massive in my life. It reminds me of my childhood days when our own house was being built and I saw bundles of cement lying around the house and the brand name written on it was Ultra Tech Cement. The place where I have spent most of life has been built by a product of Aditya Birla Group. The place where my parents reside - my heart belongs has been built by a product of Aditya Birla Group.
So this has been the impact and presence of Aditya Birla Group in my life till now and will continue to be in the future too.
PART B: Overcoming Challenges-
This has been by far my greatest achievement in my life. It was the year of 2013 when I started my Articleship (Chartered Accountant Training) and the biggest fear of my life was standing in front of me. The fear of constantly interacting and entering into conversation with different clients. Being a total shy person I was always intimated by the thought of interacting with people. The biggest fear of my life was on my face and I had no option of running away from it but to face it and survive. Fast forward to 2019, here I am standing and staying in a College far from my place; staying with people whom I don't even know, sharing space with them and absolutely comfortable with it.
It is said that when you opt for your first job choose your Boss and not your work. My principal during my articleship period helped me a lot to defeat my fear. It was his relentless pursuit of helping me overcome my fear and my hard work which made me the person I am today. I was lucky enough to have his guidance. To remain updated and active in the market one has to interact with a lot of people and you cannot just stay away from them. Along with my sir's guidance- my ambition drove me to remove the fear and achieve what I wanted in my life.
So this was the challenge I was facing and have successfully overcome it.
