Aditya Birla is one of the most renown brands in this country, which over a 100 years old. Having been involved in various industries, Aditya Birla has a strong hold in the running of our country's economy. From brands like Idea (Vodafone-Idea Now) in the telecom sector to Pantaloons in the clothing industry, it has a left a mark in a major part of our country's population which I am a part of too. For me personally, Idea and Pantaloons have been the two brands that have impacted my life the most. Being an Idea subscriber for quite sometime, mostly because of the services they offer to their customers and the level of support they offer. Pantaloons have impacted more on my family than me personally. Pantaloons was and is our go-to place to shop for apparels. The amount of options and the variety they offer shows how much they respect their customer's wishes and the extent they go to do so. Not only these brands, but their other brands in industries like steel, cement, financial services, BPO, to name a few have impacted my life indirectly more so than directly. Being one of the largest conglomerates after Tata, it gives me great pride in being part of the Aditya Birla Group as their customer and as a contributor to some extent. Being at the fore front of what they do, is what I wish to be in life which gives me even more attachment to a name like this and helps and motivates me to do what I can do best in life. Things like these might feel small, however, it plays a major role when you look in the bigger picture, and it certainly has done with me.

Life can you give many roadblocks, but its how you overcome these roadblocks, that is what defines you and makes you resilient to them. It might be difficult to get up when you fall, but it will be certainly worth it if you do so and get it right. Like everyone in life, I faced a similar roadblock. I injured my knee in 10th class while practicing during my school training session. I tore my ACL, and such an injury that too at that age makes it difficult for you to come back to the sport. However, when I was fit enough to walk and exercise, I started coming back to game slowly, however my knee was never the same. I frequently twisted my kneee every few weeks which was followed by more days of recovery. My persistence to keep playing the game I love and my physical inability was the biggest challenge I had ever experience at that point of time. However, when I was old enough to get operated, which I did, it sort of helped me back to my way of recovery and play football again. Even after being operated on, the knee wasn't the same that I had got when I born as I had grown up. Weeks of therapy and exercise was went on to make my knee stronger so that it can be fit enough to played on. I'm sure people would say things like these happen, its common among sportsperson to get injured and perform comebacks. But, for me personally, at that age, being unable to do something you love, was one of the greatest challenges I faced ever. I have accepted the fact that my knee won't be the same and I won't be able to enjoy football the same way and that for me how I've actually went on to overcome and face the greatest challenge in my life yet.
