XLRI – Xavier School of Management is all set to host Ensemble 2016, the annual management fest, with the theme ‘Be the Business’.
This year it is going to be different in many ways. Plethora of online events, on-campus festivities and leadership talks are eagerly waiting to encircle the business arena of the Jamshedpur campus. With a prize money of Rupees 17 Lakhs, it is going to be the largest management festival of the country.
There is something for all. The famous rock band
The Local Train and one of the India’s best stand -up comedian Sorabh Pant would be performing at the fest and the entry is open for all. The crowds of Jamshedpur would be witnessing first ever performance by singer and music composer
Lucky Ali. This time the famous Master Chef competition is going to have entries from the general public.
The fest is going to bring together leaders from various walks of life to share a common platform and share their experiences with students. India’s first woman commando trainer,
Dr Seema Rao, defense lawyer Ramakant gaur, Indian cricketer Syed Kirmani, author and filmmaker Nikhil Chandwani are the key-note speakers at Ensemble’s Idea Summit 2016. The leadership events such as The Next Gen Leader and Future Leaders Program would be testing college and school students, respectively, on their managerial and leadership skills.
