Despite the tough market conditions, XIMB has pulled off yet another outstanding feat in this year’s final placement process - Xuberance '18 XIMB is proud to announce the commendable run of Xuberance’18 for the MBA (BM) batch of 2016-2018. Highlights: Xuberance ‘18 saw the batch of 361 candidates participating in the placement process 105 companies participated in Xuberance ‘18 of which 56 were new recruiters 45 students have been extended PPO/PPIs from their summer internship organizations The highest domestic salary stood at Rs. 23.50 Lakhs per annum The average annual compensation stood at Rs. 12.91 Lakhs per annum The median annual compensation stood at Rs. 12.76 Lakhs per annum  Students bagged offers from leading organizations like CBC, Deloitte, EY, IBM, ICICI Bank, L&T, PwC, TCS and Tata Steel. The institute also played host to a string of new recruiters like Brillio, Wildcraft, Tresvista, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Eveready, PPG Asian Paints and Havells, to name a few – a testament to the growing brand equity and reputation of this institute. In terms of intake, the highest number of recruitments were made in the Consulting sector which was followed by Marketing, Operations, BFSI and IT/ITES sectors. These industries offered diverse profiles that include Risk Management, Strategic Consulting, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Marketing, Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Business Consulting, IT Consulting and Business Development. 30% of the students were offered roles by Management and Strategy Consulting organizations. Deloitte, Cognizant, PwC, Capgemini, TCS, Accenture, etc. were some of the major recruiters that strengthened their bonds with the institute. Industry leaders like L'Oréal, Godrej, Emami, Nestle, Tata Steel, Wildcraft, Hindware, Maruti Suzuki to name a few, made their presence felt by offering roles in the Marketing field and recruited 29% of the students. The Finance stream witnessed lucrative jobs offered to the students by major financial corporates like HSBC, HSBC IB, ICRA, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, HDFC Life, L&T Fin, Tresvista, Motilal Oswal Financial Services and many more – a testament to the confidence of the industry in the financial intellect of the students of XIMB. 14% of the batch were allotted roles in Risk Advisory, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Wealth Management and Credit Analysis. 19% of the students bagged offers in the Systems sector which were offered by major recruiters like HCL Technologies, Wipro, IBM, Mindtree, Infosys etc. Students were also offered roles in General Management, Strategy and Operations in various organizations. Renowned conglomerates like Larsen & Toubro and companies like, GMR, IOCL, GAIL, Tata Steel, TASL, Future Supply Chain, Vedanta and Future Generali offered lucrative profiles to the young and dynamic business managers of XIMB. The Xavier School of Human Resource Management (XaHR) owes its origin to XIMB’s HR specialisation program. The institute’s holistic focus is on developing young management aspirants to foster a career in various fields of People Operations and Recruitment Management. Designed by industry leaders and veterans, the program gives students an all-round exposure through courses in finance, marketing, operations and strategy taught with an HR orientation. This, along with specialized courses in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. XaHR proudly announces another successful year of placements for the MBA (HRM) batch of 2016-2018. The pool of HR talent showcased by the institute attracted many leading companies to the campus and resulted in an array of impressive roles being offered to the students. Highlights: Xuberance ‘18 saw the batch of 123 candidates participating in the placement process 53 companies participated in Xuberance’18 out of which 29 were new recruiters 14 students received PPO/PPI opportunities during their summer internship The highest domestic salary stood at Rs. 20.84 Lakhs per annum The average annual compensation stood at Rs. 11.88 Lakhs per annum The median annual compensation stood at Rs. 11.12 Lakhs per annum   Prominent recruiters like Deloitte, L&T, Standard Chartered, Vedanta, Raymond, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Future Generalli Life Insurance, GMR, extended their offers to students by strengthening their relationship with the institute. The institute established new bonds with industries like Welspun, SKF, HFCL, McNROE and many more. The institute also hosted recruiters like Aditya Birla Group, HCCBPL, GAIL, BPCL, Tata Steel, Metso, Ultratech, ACG Worldwide and many more which offered roles in Industrial Relations sector. Corporate HR roles were offered by leading organizations like ICICI Bank, Wipro, Asian Paints, Cognizant, Deloitte, Infosys, ITC Infotech, Capgemini, Manipal Group, Right Management to name a few.
