Why Aditya Birla Group is big in your life ?

"Everywhere's a here, isn't it ?" – WINTER. Top fashion brands, tiers of every second car in the world, 3rd largest NBFC in India and one-third aluminum can, all carry the same name-ADITYA BIRLA GROUP. The windows of my room are of  Eternia. I use a Vodafone-idea sim. My half of the wardrobe is from brands of ABG- Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Pantaloons and forever 21. They are not just clothes. They are a means through which I present myself to the society. "I like my money right where I can see it...hanging in my closet!" - Carrie Bradshaw . My choices and my surrounding clearly signifies the presence of Aditya Birla Group in my life. ABG has a clear focus on each of its business. As they say it, "The power of 5"-integrity,  commitment, passion, seamlessness and speed. Aditya Birla Group connects people, enabling over a billion of conversation, building homes and highways that gets you out there and styling our wardrobe. Aditya Birla Group has changed its logo 3 times. Logo connects you to the company, and the value company stands for. I am an MBA student, I drive values from the company I believe in- Aditya Birla Group. Being accountable for every work I do, and all decisions I take, taking responsibility for the team, and choosing my objectives with great zeal and energy. Responding to every stimuli with a sense of urgency. And most importantly hold a clear vision and defined path, every success will follow.

How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far ? " If your first instinct is to run away from failure than perhaps you are doing it the wrong way!" - Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla's mantra. Organisation is defined by its leader. The efforts  you put in to overcome your challenges shapes your personality.   My ambitions took a different locus with each passing day. In class X, my ambitions were just guarded by having good marks in the board. And the same follows for class XII. And during college, to define what my real purpose is! My graduation life not only fostered my analytical and logical skills but also developed me as an individual. During college I was a volunteer in an NGO, Umeed- a drop of hope. I came up with the idea, that if we can open a club in college, where all students who are going to different NGOs and are not aware of other people involved in social service can interact and manage tasks in a more organized manner. We might be able to provide a platform where large scale activities and campaigns can be organized for different NGOs on common grounds. Volunteers from different NGOs can work in coordination and help raise funds, and organize campaigns for their respective NGOs. Initially, my improper analysis and inability to convince others of my goal, and not  presenting before them a clear picture plummeted my idea. My other 5 team members also abandoned me. I was left with no choice but to do the same. S.T.A.R- situation, task, action and result all were futile. But, I decided to go with what Harriet Beecher Stowe has said, "Never give up, for that is just the place and the time that the tide will turn." I prepared a new strategy, first rolling out a google sheet, and with the help of 5 other team members collected data of students who are volunteers and their respective NGOs. Then on daily basis we reached out to each of them individually, and explained about our vision and mission. Correct targeting and positioning our plan, was lacking in our first idea. That's why the result was not that I expected to be. Eventually, we opened a club named UNITY, although we operate only for 2 months, but the end result was positive. And to a large extent we fulfilled the motive we stand for. We organized many awareness campaign and 2 fund raisers, that were a huge success.
