IIM Bodhgaya is set to organise the maiden edition of its annual flagship event 'E-Summit' under the appellation 'Youth Entrepreneurship Summit(YES) 2020'.
In association with 'Bihar Entrepreneurs Association'
(BEA), 'Indian Institute of Management
(IIM), Bodhgaya' is hosting YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUMMIT 2020 on
24 & 25th January 2020 at IIM Bodhgaya Campus.
With the theme 'Say YES! to the future' - YES'2020 envisages creating a dedicated holistic environment that will empower innovators, particularly youth to take their ideas to the next level through one day of networking, mentorship workshop and a platform to compete against the best startup ideas pan India.
It provides a platform for the ‘aspiring entrepreneurs’ as well as brings together the academic community, venture capitalists, new age entrepreneurs and all those passionate about entrepreneurship to a common ground.
YES'2020 comprises of various events like Start-up Story by Key-Note Speakers, Startup-Hunt competition comprising of top 10 startups from approx 300 registrations across the country and Mentorship Sessions. The Panel Discussion will comprise of the Founders of top startups, Venture Capitalists and other Top-notch Industry Leaders elucidating their views about the startup ecosystem and the challenges that are faced by new-age entrepreneurs as well as the funding dilemma that VC's and Angel Investors have to go through to pick the startups with the potential to make it big
'Youth Entrepreneurship Summit' aims to provide a platform for the ‘aspiring entrepreneurs’ to have hands-on experience before they can finally enter the market. With this objective, the Summit also incorporates a 'Startup Hunt Competition'
About 'Startup Hunt'
The aim of this start-up competition is to help startups in the ideation phase to transform their ideas into working business models. It will also help the existing startups to develop their existing markets and get valuable insights to enhance their business strategy.
As a part of the competition, the best Startup teams will be rewarded with incentives in form of cash prizes as well as certificates and a chance to pitch in front of an esteemed judge panel consisting of Venture Capitalists, Angel Investors, and established Entrepreneurs and other Industry leader's from across the nation.
Existing startups, as well as Startups in ideation/concept stage, are eligible to register for this event.

We 'Envision-Cell' the entrepreneurship and industry relations cell of the prestigious IIM Bodhgaya aim to provide a platform through which students can access entrepreneurial know-how, resources, network, and share innovative ideas.
