For instance, you might outline a desire to transition from project management to strategy consulting within a few years, followed by a long-term ambition to lead a major consulting firm.
- Demonstrating Innovation/Creativity:
- Use the STAR framework (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to tell a compelling story about a time you tackled a problem creatively. Describe the specific situation you faced, the task at hand, the actions you took, and the positive results you achieved.
- Whenever possible, connect this experience to an achievement listed elsewhere in your application. This creates a cohesive narrative that showcases your problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.

- Define ambition in your own words. Do you see it as the relentless pursuit of challenging goals, the drive to constantly learn and evolve, or a combination of both?
