In my guide, I used to state every week’s milestone at the start and the deliverables over to the end of the week. Now, this not only kept my guide updated but helped me plan the Project over to the duration of these two months.
All the interns were reviewed after a month wherein we got feedback over the work done and the deliverables to be delivered by the end of our internship. This helped us in setting our landmark for the next month.
Since ICICI is a huge organization, it is always advisable to reach out to as many employees as you can and make the most of this chance. You learn different perspectives of a single problem, which makes your think-tank take more accurate decisions. This has not only helped me to reform my project but also gave me the holistic view of Banking. So even during lunch hours, I always tried to sit beside other interns as well as with my team, learning from their experiences and knowing other aspects of Banking.
The two major highlights ICICI were the sense of responsibility and recognition of the work done. You are continuously backed and motivated to ‘lead the new’- a catchphrase for innovative Banking Solutions of ICICI.
For me, the internship isn’t just a platform where I could deliver but most importantly, it’s a field to witness learnings and experiences, to mould myself in a better shape.
