Idea aims to widen its reach by building expert operations in areas of digital communication, digital payments, cloud storage, digital information and more which is the future digital India is looking at.
On a personal level, the values that Idea beholds is the same that I grew up with, as a child. Idea’s business encompasses around ethical, truthfulness, respectfulness, principled, transparent, upright dealings. Integrity to Idea Cellular ltd. means not only financial and intellectual integrity, but in all other forms as is commonly understood. Given a position at Idea Cellular Ltd. I would get the opportunity to think and work together across functional silos, hierarchies, businesses and geographies. It means leveraging the available diversity to garner synergy benefits, and promote openness through sharing and collaborative efforts. Also the spontaneity Idea Cellular Ltd. Maintains in their day to day business activities means that they are unceasingly seeking to beat timelines and choosing the right rhythm to optimize organization efficiencies.
I would like to take my career to a whole new level by helping Idea Cellular Ltd achieve their goals which would also help me learn about how successful organizations work.
