Every Common man’s dream is to build a house of their own. ABG is making their dream come true by providing financial support through ABG Capital and also common man is able to ‘Build their house Beautiful’ with Ultratech cement. They are building strong bonds between people by building stronger and safer transport. Their carbon tires which are stronger and safer made a huge impact in reducing the road accidents. ABG made India to fall in love in with fashion through Pantaloons which offers apparels of trusted brands like Louis philippe, Allen Solly, Van Heusen in all sizes and designs keeping in mind the latest trends those are affordable and within the budget of the middle-income group.   ABG has partnered with Vodafone to provide telecom services in India. They made people feel closer even when they are apart by providing good call quality and affordable internet services. They are making the world a more beautiful place, about 65 millions of cans are being recycled every year. Each of the two cans used by us are produced by Hindalco Industries. They are also doing CSR activities to build a better and sustainable life to the weaker sections. This is why Aditya Birla Group is big in our lives.

My Journey – Manideep#IIM TRICHY

Challenges are part of everyday life. We need to face the challenges rather than backing off because that develops our character and get to know about ourselves. I have faced many challenges in my life. One of the main challenge was to leave my home for higher studies as I was pampered a lot. I faced a lot of difficulties in the start, but I realized that my comfort zone is my weakness and to achieve big in life we must always come out of our comfort zones. This made me stay positive, get adaptable to situations and surroundings. I got placed in a MNC and worked for three years, after two years of my work I realized that one should possess managerial skills along with the technical skills to grow and sustain. This prompted me to do MBA from one of the B Schools. I had given a attempt for CAT in 2017. I got a good score but was unable to cross the sectional cutoff in English. Coming from a rural background I was weak in English. So, I decided to work hard to improve my English. But Things turned other way, I was working in an industry which is at their ramp up stage. So, we had to work 12 hours a day often sacrificing for weekly offs. But, I decided that I should be clearing CAT at any cost. So, I took out at least one hour every one day to prepare for English. I used to read newspapers during my journey. Finally, all the efforts paid off and I made it to IIM Trichy.
