Having a wide range of products and services, Aditya Birla Group is very important in my life as every food which I bring for my lunch is wrapped in ABG's Freshwrap. I have been using this product for the last several years, I cannot imagine my food wrapped in any other brand's foil than ABG's. The association was not with the product but the value provided by the ABG. My parents wanted the best foil for us and they cannot think of a better brand than ABG.I also want to follow their footsteps and use the same product in the years to come.
Freshwrap is not just the only product of ABG's which I have been associated with but I have been associated with Vodafone Idea for the last 5 years using the same from Maharashtra to Bihar to Delhi to Telangana the service really made the expressions easier as per its tagline. Hindalco, ultra-tech cement, Pantaloons and Aditya Birla Capital, the group has grown exponentially. It maintained its sustainable growth which is commendable along with giving back to society and aims to make this planet beautiful.
Working with Aditya Birla Group to take “India to the world”, would be a great opportunity for the students of this B-school.
I will not call it a challenge but the most important learning of my life. I was overconfident on being acquiring a good rank in JEE for getting selected in an IIT but, when the results for JEE unfolded, it came to me as a shock I was in the bottom of the pyramid. The main problem was not about scoring less marks in JEE but it was not being prepared with a backup for the same. This was one of the most important learning. This in any way didn’t turn me into a pessimistic person. I started believing in an important saying “Hope for the best and prepare for the worst”. This belief brought a turnaround in my life. I started making backups for the decision which I made, I started thinking for the best but, was always confident that whenever my Plan A fails, I have a Plan B to replace it. My false mirror of overconfidence was broken and was replaced with clean confidence. I finally acknowledged the line between overconfidence and confidence and definitely not planning to cross the same. I used this not only in my professional or student life but also in my personal life and I am happy that the belief has stayed strong and has never failed me. I believe this will work in every department and any stage of everyone’s life.
