Allen Solly was founded in 1744 by William Hollin and Co. Ltd. The brand was bought in the ’90s by Madura Garments. Madhura Garments. Allen Solly was acquired by Aditya Birla in 2001. In 2002, Allen Solly became the first Indian brand to introduce work fashion for women. Allen Solly is one of my favorite brands in apparel.
