Allen Solly was founded in 1744 by William Hollin and Co. Ltd. The brand was bought in the ’90s by Madura Garments. Madhura Garments. Allen Solly was acquired by Aditya Birla in 2001. In 2002, Allen Solly became the first Indian brand to introduce work fashion for women. Allen Solly is one of my favorite brands in apparel.
The integrity of the Aditya Birla Group has been the main USP of the company they have also delivered values to the consumer & Investors, which can help Indians to grow in the phase of the globalization. Earlier adaption of globalization & focusing on its employees & core values is contributing to the growth of the company. The company has the best marketing strategy for all their brands which can be a learning experience for the marketing enthusiast like me.
