Aditya Birla group focusing on continuity and growth, adherence to tradition, and relentless aspiration to do better for themselves, and in the process, build a better and more self-reliant India. It has played a major role in emerging India as an entrepreneur power house, at the same time ensuring that its CSR activities have made a great impact in the lives of people building a better , sustainable life for the weaker sections of the society  be it education , skill training programs providing mid-day meals , medical camps to name a few. I can still recall from my childhood days when Pantaloons was the first brand to open a store in my hometown Kanpur. As the time passed, I was introduced by more brands and I can relate to the brands in the same way as I used to do earlier. Aditya Birla group’s ‘making a difference’ initiative has contributed immensely to the nation in the field of healthcare, education & infrastructure. It has always acted big in our life by continuously offering innovative products and services making our life easy. The value it gives to its customers is reflected in various campaigns launched by the group from time to time ,be it ‘#LetsBePeopleFirst’ campaign of Aditya Birla fashion and retail or ‘#JumpForHealth’ campaign on World Health Day or #MyLifeMyTag to celebrate that one defines its own tag. The ‘Taking India to the world’ campaign, which introduced the group as an Indian multinational with diversified interests across the world. The way they touch lives across the world ‘Being Big’ to creating and delivering ‘Big Value’ for its consumers and people at large for e.g. Construction of Mumbai Bandr-Worli sea link, making our vehicles tyres safer ,contribution to the railways , smartphones , connectivity etc . The group enables, empowers and enhances the lives of millions, crossing new milestones.  The evolution of the brand with time to keep up with the versatile eye-catching recognition-screens of the present day while still being true to its roots is a symbol of its genuineness and client-commitment that it has followed since its inception. Building such a big empire and carrying the legacy forward requires courage to take tough decisions at critical times, working day in and day out to continuously improve and achieve the desired results. There is always a time when one needs to be proactive and step in and take lead to move out of crisis. I recall a similar incident from my first job at Amtek Group in Pune, we had  a corporate head visiting our facility for Business Excellence Audit. The audit was to be led by our  Quality Head. Due to some unavoidable circumstances our Quality head was unable to come office that day. This audit was really important since all the future orders were dependent on the audit score , then I stepped in to face the audit and with the cooperation of all it was a big success. We scored A+ score. Initially I was reluctant to face the audit as it was my first audit independently, but with right attitude and positive outlook one can go miles crossing all the hurdles. One needs to put oneself in challenging situations so that one turns out to be a better version with each passing challenges faced .
