With technology as the foundation, the contest spans across three exciting stages testing the teams on their business acumen, HR expertise and ability to be the torchbearers of change management in the ever evolving business dynamics.
Opening with an enthralling quiz contest the game moves on to an engaging business simulation after which the best of the teams put their ‘HR hats’ on and work with the HR fraternity to create next gen employee experience by tackling live business cases. The top notch young thought leaders then present their solutions in front of seasoned HR leadership of Aditya Birla Group.
The supreme winners after an intense fight will get the opportunity to create a league of their own and get a pre-placement offer to the coveted Group Internship Program of Aditya Birla Group.

Rules of the Game

- The competition is open to all the first year MBA/PGDM (HR specialisation) students from MDI, SCMHRD, SIBM Pune, TISS Mumbai, XIM B & XLRI – HRM.
- To participate in the competition, you need to form a team of 3 members (First year only) from your b- school and register your team. Each team will be represented by one team leader.
- Only 1 login will be provided per team. Simultaneous logins are not permitted. You will only be allowed to play the game from one laptop/desktop at any point in time.
