Agon-Rush, the annual Management, Cultural, and Sports Fest of IIM Ranchi was hosted from 4th to 6th February 2022. The three-day event was organized by the various clubs, committees, and independent bodies of the institute and saw enthusiastic participation from students belonging to renowned institutes from across the country.

The fest was inaugurated with the start of the Walkathon 2022, organized by UNGC-PRME IIM Ranchi. The walkathon aimed to raise awareness about Sustainable Menstrual Health and Hygienic Sanitation Awareness and the contributions raised from the students were donated to Sirona Hygiene Foundation. UNGC PRME IIM Ranchi also organized Parivridhi 4.0, an on-spot sustainability case competition.

Conundrum, the Consulting Club, organized three events, Cricket Mandi 7.0 - the Live IPL Auction Strategy Game, Symvoulous - the Case Competition, and The Quadrumble - The Business Parliament. Digitalytics, the Analytics Club, organized ProdQuest - the National Level Product Management Case Study Competition, Scytale 2.0 - National Level Case Study Competition, and Insightalyze 2.0 - the National Level Data Visualization Competition.

E-Cell organized Encase 6.0 – the Live Case Study Competition and Sharkpreneurship - the B-Plan Competition. Ellipsis, the Literary Club, organized three events namely, Terra Nullius - their Flagship Debate Competition, Sangreal - the Literary Quiz, and Ignis - the Creative Writing Competition.

Finopsis, the Finance Club, organized Plutus 7.0 – a Business Valuation Competition, Finalyze, a Data-backed Analysis Competition, and Mercatus 4.0 – a Virtual Trading Competition. HiRe, the HR Club, organized Vorstand 8.0 - a Simulation-based Case Study Competition, Maneuver 7.0 - a Recruitment Based Bidding Competition, and The Final Stint – the Creativity Test.

The Institute’s Innovation Council organized ShowCase – an Entrepreneurship Case Study and Think-O-Vation – a Business Idea Pitching Competition. Marquess, the marketing club, organized MARCASE 7.0 - their Flagship Live Case Study Competition, Ad-O'Mania – a Product Advertisement Management Competition and Revive - a Product Revival Strategy Competition.

Polynomics, the Public Policy and Economics Club, organized Vishleshan – the Policy Making Competition and Srijan - the Infographic Making Competition. Samarpan, the Social Responsibility Club, organized Samadhan 7.0 - a Case Competition, Squiz 7.0 – a CSR Quiz, and SurReel 1.0 a Reel/Short-video making Competition. Sankriya, the Operations Club, organized Crack the Case 7.0 – a Case Competition, Biz Sim 7.0 – a Live Simulation Game, and Beer Game – a Supply Chain Game.

The institute’s Cultural Committee organized a number of events including, Facify – the Face Painting Event, Actomania - The Drama Competition, Beyond the Voice – the Solo Singing Competition, Got the Grooves - The Group Dancing Event, Mystix – the Solo Dancing Event, and Talent Asylum - The Open Mic. The Sports Committee of the institute organized numerous online sports events - Chess, 8 Ball Pool, UNO, Rummy, BGMI, Carrom and Poker.

Apart from all these gripping events, there was also a soulful performance by Anuv Jain and an entertaining stand-up show by Rajat Chauhan. The fest was a huge success with all the participants putting their best foot forward and many students from IIM Ranchi emerging victorious in multiple events.
