Meet Antariksh Jain, a sports enthusiast from Pune with a bachelor's in Sports Management. With two years of industry experience, Antariksh has been instrumental in sports business development at Khelomore and led corporate fundraising efforts at Lakshya Institute, a sports NGO, making a meaningful impact in the sports community. I am an enormous Sports enthusiast as well adventure enthusiast. Currently, I am pursuing my MBA from XLRI - Delhi NCR, where I am a Junior Executive Member of Entrepreneur-Cell. Antariksh Jain adeptly handled challenges in remote teamwork by enhancing communication and fostering collaboration. He leveraged tools like WhatsApp and video conferences, emphasizing proactive problem-solving and team culture. In the face of setbacks, Antariksh values resilience and adaptability, drawing from his sports management background and fundraising experience for Indian athletes. He embraces failures as opportunities for growth, adopts a growth mindset, seeks feedback, and stays committed to success. An ethical dilemma at a sports aggregator platform compelled Antariksh to address unfair practices by venue partners. He initiated open discussions, shared concerns, and took decisive action, severing ties with partners unwilling to uphold ethical standards. In negotiating with stakeholders for CSR initiatives at his NGO, Antariksh demonstrated thorough research, relationship-building, and addressing concerns. Overcoming challenges like budget limits and alignment with ongoing projects, he secured a partnership, providing significant support for Indian athletes. Antariksh believes his commitment to personal and professional development, leadership skills, adaptability, and resilience make him a promising MBA student. His track record of academic excellence and dedication to societal impact further strengthen his candidacy for India's Most Promising Incoming MBA Students in 2023.
