Step 3: Go To The Competitions Section, Select “The Most Employable CA Challenge 2021.” and register there.
Step 4: After Registration, complete the questionnaire in Round 1
Step 6: After completing Round 1, Go to Round 2 and download the instructions Doc to complete the assignment in the given time, submit your assignment on the Kampus App/ Website.
Step 7: Await our communication and check back on the designated date to see if you’ve been shortlisted.
Step 8: Get your CV sent out to top recruiters!

Registration
Start Date:12th Feb, 12 PM

Instructions:
- Register here your interest.
- Download the Kampus App on your mobile Android | IOS or go to the Insidekampus website here on your desktop & finish registering.
- Note that uploading your resume is optional.
- Navigate to the “Competitions” section and select the “The Most Employable CA Challenge 2021.”
- Click on the Round 1 dropdown and complete the process.
Round 1: Answer These Questions!
Start Date: 12th Feb, 12 PM
Closing Date: 14th March, 11:59 PM
Instructions:
- Click on the Round 1 Section in the Kampus App/ Website and answer the questionnaire.
- This round is designed to know more about you as well as understand your communication skills and presentation skills.
- Once submitted, you’re done for Round 1
Round 2: Write an Article!
Start Date: 12th Feb, 12 PM
Closing Date: 14th March, 11:59 PM
Instructions:
- Click on the Round 2 Section in the Kampus App/ Website and download the instruction document.
- Once done, read it carefully to understand the evaluation parameters and the topics therein.
- You basically then need to write an article (brownie points for well researched, data backed content!) and upload it to the Kampus App.
- This round is designed to help us understand your reasoning, business acumen as well as strategic thought process.
- Once submitted, you’re done. Wait for our evaluation panel.
- If your solution is shortlisted, you will be informed.
- Meanwhile shortlisted/ winning entries will be published as articles on insideiim.com as well as the Kampus App!
The winner will be chosen on a points basis system. The total number of points you can get are 50 Points. Here’s the breakup across different rounds:
Profile - 5 points
Round 1
All Questions combined - 20 points
Round 2
Assignment - 25 points
Whoever finishes both the rounds of the competition, all of their profiles will be shared with the recruiters.

Saket Jain
Mr. Saket Jain is a Managing Partner & Co-founder at Native - which aims towards connecting the right people with the right organizations through data-driven informed intuition.
Prior to this, Saket had completed his CA & secured an all-India 45th rank during 2000 – 2003. He then went on to work with firms like RSM, EY, Morgan Stanley, and BMR Advisors before he decided to venture into building something of his own.
