Born and brought up in the city of joy - Kolkata, Arshia pursued Metallurgical Engineering from the prestigious Jadavpur University, Kolkata receiving the university gold medal. With a 180 degrees shift from core field to management consulting, she stood among the top 150 nation-wide in ZS Ace-a-Thon, and bagged an offer from ZS Associates. After a meaningful and enriching 1-year at ZS, she decided to pursue management and business administration from IIM Calcutta, having converted other old IIMs and FMS-DU. She is ardently passionate about and formally trained in North Indian Classical Music.
