Bhavya Sharma from SPJIMR Mumbai is one of the 50 most employable MBA graduates from the class of 2025. Her journey reflects a blend of determination, creativity, and empathy that sets her apart. Scroll down to read Bhavya's story in her own words.

Bhavya’s commitment to excellence and discipline has been central to her achievements. Whether balancing rigorous academics with multiple extracurricular commitments or navigating challenging moments with resilience, she has consistently displayed grit and adaptability. During her rural internship, Bhavya collaborated with a CSR team to implement targeted initiatives in remote villages of Maharashtra. Her hands-on approach in understanding the community’s unique challenges led to impactful solutions, such as refining branding for a women-led spice mill to help them scale to urban markets. This project underscored her ability to connect deeply and drive sustainable change.

In another instance, Bhavya’s effective communication skills turned around a challenging internship project. By shifting to a flexible, open-ended approach in stakeholder interviews, she gained valuable insights that enriched her deliverables. Her emphasis on empathy and relatability also shone through during her mentorship role with InsideIIM’s Admissions Bootcamp, where her guidance helped aspirants build confidence and refine their preparation. Integrity and selflessness are core to Bhavya’s values. When faced with a dilemma involving dual internships, she prioritized transparency, ensuring commitments to both without compromising on quality. Similarly, she went above and beyond to support a peer during a family crisis, demonstrating her willingness to help others even under pressure. Bhavya’s journey is defined by her ability to adapt, solve problems creatively, and connect with people. These qualities, combined with her resilience and drive, make her a standout candidate ready to excel in the world of business. Read the stories of all the 50 Most Employable MBA Graduates here!
