Do you want to step out of a b-school and straight into one of the top talent management programs in India? Do you want to be felicitated by industry stalwarts on national TV? Do you have the drive to compete with the best managerial talent in the country? The Economic Times Young Leaders competition is back! The Aditya Birla Group sponsored Economic Times Young Leaders is India’s biggest platform for recognising and rewarding India's most promising management students. The Economic Times Young Leaders (b-school edition) has embarked in its quest for the most promising final year management students across the country. (Register here. The last date is August 23rd, 2017) The program administers a combination of assessment tools, online as well as on-ground, and culminates in face-to-face interviews with leaders from the corporate world. So far, across three editions, the ET Young Leaders b-school programme received participation from approx 36,000 management students and 62 deserving candidates have been identified as promising Young Leaders.   The programme is designed to offer five levels of gratification:   The entire journey has been divided into four phases: Phase 1 - Aptitude Test - A quick online test to evaluate numerical ability and logical reasoning Phase 2 - Personality Test - Two simple personality questionnaires to test behaviour skills Phase 3 - Expertise - An assessment of functional knowledge and oral communication Phase 4 - Interview With The Top CEO’s - Interview with the industry's top CEOs The last date to apply is 23rd August, 2017.
