I still remember, when I joined my first company, there was an introductory program for us named “From Campus to Corporate”. The whole idea of having it was to make people acquainted with the professional life. At that time, little did I know that after almost 3 years, I will be again entering into college life to pursue my masters with a slight difference, that this time it is “From Corporate to Campus”. When you have given ‘n’ interviews and converted ‘m’ out of them, there is a strong need to choose the best one wisely. You talk to your mentors, seniors, peers and also tend to read every article that is even distantly related to the college of your choice. I also followed the same process before joining XIMB. Because, in the end, it is not just about the two years of your life but the two deciding and path breaking years of your life. With a legacy of 30 years, XIMB has always been one of the most sought after B-schools in India. With my thorough research, I was pretty confident about joining XIMB and eventually, I did too. After coming to campus and experiencing the varied opportunities that this campus has to offer, I take pride in choosing XIMB as my alma mater. Right from the first day, you get to see the rich culture of XIMB. With many esteemed professors and a very strong network of students from highly diverse backgrounds supported by strong infrastructure, you become a part of the change that is not only beneficial for you but also for the people around you. When you look around, you see people literally living the motto of the college i.e. “To inspire future with compassion, integrity and excellence”. XIMB as a B-school is unique in its own way. Being situated in the city of temples, it has calmness and serenity that is not very prominent in other B-schools.  There has not been a single dull moment in this college till now and I am not only enjoying the experience to the fullest but also getting equipped with a new skill set with every passing day. - Udita Nayak BM 1st year, XIMB
