The Summer Placement Process at FMS Delhi took place in October 2023. Adapting to evolving work conditions, the process was conducted in a hybrid format, allowing companies the flexibility to hold interviews either in person or via video conferencing. To ensure a seamless and transparent experience for companies, several key measures were implemented.

Firstly, a slotting exercise was conducted to democratically determine the schedule for each company's participation in the placement process. Additionally, for the seventh consecutive year, a scheduling algorithm was used to optimally align the preferences of both companies and students during recruitment.

To support entrepreneurship, FMS offers a placement holiday to students who want to pursue their own ventures, allowing them to participate in the final placement process later, with their venture work being considered as an internship.
