Saathwik met with an accident at a time when he was planning to change the course of his life. With an intent to get into one of the IIMs he started his preparation after taking a break from his job. An inquisitive soul, Saathwik decided to go on an extended trip before starting his preparation for CAT. And it is then that he got the shock of his life. He got severely injured as his paragliding expedition went wrong mid-air, putting him through a near-death experience.
But, Saathwik did not deter to his physical injury at any point during his recovery. He stood firm and looked straight in the eyes of the challenges thrown at him by life. With his gradual recovery, he decided that he doesn't want to lose out on another year and sit for the CAT exam.
With a resolute mind, Saathwik started his CAT preparation while reeling from his life-threatening accident. Pushing aside challenges, he prepared himself mentally to crack the CAT.
And as fortune favors the brave, it favored Saathwik at the end. He got through CAT with a good percentile resulting him getting through to one of his dream institutes; IIM Kozhikode.
