Sunder Bishnoi, had all the support from her parents when she declared that she wanted a career in core engineering. Sunder has been driving the change of reducing gender disparity at workplaces while building a career of her passions.

After graduating from Banasthali Vidyapith as an electronics and instrumentation engineer, Sunder had all the support from her parents to follow a career that interested her. Engineering had traditionally been considered a man’s job and Sunder was surprised to see the gender ratio that still had remnants of that tradition.
In order to bring a change to the system, Sunder realized she had to get into the system, and that is when she applied to Aditya Birla Group’s Engineering Leadership Program.
Aditya Birla Group’s Engineering Leadership Program was to become her gateway to a career of her dreams. After qualifying all the three rounds of ELP, i.e. Psychometric Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview, Sweekriti was offered a role with ABG.
That is when she found out about the initiatives ABG was taking to resolve the disparity. Sunder also became a part of W.I.S.E. (Women Investing in Skills and Experience) alongside her other projects. Assistant Manager Sunder Bishnoi has been contributing all around at Birla Pulp and Fibre, Grasim Industries, from managing DCS systems to learning other things to make herself future ready.
