Arpita Amarnani has about twenty years of corporate and academic experience. Fifteen of these have been in full-time academics at a number of business schools, including Institute of Management, Nirma University. Her areas of teaching are Corporate Finance, Management of Financial Services, Infrastructure Finance, and Fintech.

Kaushik Desarkar has more than 20 years of experience across both industry and education. He has worked in a managerial capacity at Tata Steel Limited (India) and Morgan Stanley (UK). He has been a visiting faculty to BITS Pilani, Goa, and S P Jain Institute of Global Management, Sydney, Australia. His areas of interest are Fixed Income Securities, Financial Derivatives, and Financial Risk Management.
