Akshay Sirsalewala - Deloitte M&A Consulting, IIMK, CA, CFA - all levels, FRM (HOST)
Akshay is a CA and has cleared all levels of CFA and FRM. He graduated from IIM Kozhikode in 2020 and will be joining the 'Financial Effectiveness' team at PwC US Advisory. Prior to IIM K, he worked as a Debt Syndication Executive at an Investment Bank. He writes extensively on how to prepare for CA/CFA/CAT and was part of the editorial teams of CAclubIndia and InsideIIM. He also worked as faculty at Career Launcher, teaching Math and LRDI.
Satyaki Dutta, IIM K, PwC
Satyaki is currently a Management Consultant with PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore in their Customer team, where he had also interned and was awarded a PPO. He graduated from IIM Kozhikode in 2020, with a focus on Strategy, Marketing, and IT. Before his MBA, Satyaki worked for a couple of years with PwC India in their Data & Analytics competency. He has consulted governments and corporates across sectors of Consumer Markets, Energy & Utilities, and Financial Services. In his leisure, Satyaki can be found reading a book, bingeing on web-series, or watching Discovery, Nat Geo, and History Channel.
Shubhrangshu M, IIM B, BCG
Shubhrangshu is working at BCG after completing his MBA from IIM Bangalore in 2020. When he is not trying to make sense of the consulting life, he daydreams about owning a café in the lap of the Himalayas and playing football to get fit enough to get there.
Kishan Kashyap, IIM A, Bain
Kishan is a second-year MBA student at IIM Ahmedabad. He worked at Bain and company during his summer internship and secured a pre-placement offer. At IIM-A, he leads the Consult Club, a student body to equip students for a career in consulting. Before joining IIM-A, he studied at IIT Delhi and then worked at Axis Bank for a couple of years. In his spare time, he pursues his interests in Classical Music and Urdu poetry.
Omkar , IIM K, PwC
Omkar is from Mumbai and is currently working at PwC US Advisory as an experienced associate in M&A. He is a CFA L3 candidate and completed his MBA from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. Prior to his MBA he worked at Jacobs as an engineering consultant in the Energy and chemicals sector. He completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal.
Nidhi Agarwal, SJMSOM IIT B, GEP
Nidhi is currently pursuing my MBA from Shailesh J Mehta School of Management. IIT B. Previously, she worked at OFSS for 3.5 years as an application developer. She’s currently aslo class representative at SJMSOM. Apart from this, she also became a member of the SPIKE, the sports club of SJMSOM. She was selected by GEP for summers and interned there for 6 weeks. She got a chance to understand the role and environment of a consultant, and this was an enriching experience for Nidhi. Due to her perseverance and hard work, she received a PPO from GEP, and looks forward to working as a consultant.
Rhythm Jain, IIM B, McKinsey
Rhythm hails from a small town near Indore in MP. He is currently working as a Junior Associate at Mckinsey & Co.. Completed his MBA from IIMB in 2020. He interned with JP Morgan in Quant role during summers and received PPO. But decided to go for consulting in finals. Headed the placement process at IIMB and was part of the entrepreneurship club and analytics society on campus. He's a fresher, joined IIMB directly after completing his B.Tech in Civil Engg from IIT Bombay in 2018. During his time at IITB, he was a core team member in E-Cell IIT Bombay and was also involved in many other organisational activities. He had cracked a PPO from his internship with Citibank in the Big Data Analytics role.
Rolee Agarwal, IIM K, Deloitte
Currently a first year PGP student at IIM Kozhikode, Rolee Agarwal graduated in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur in 2019. She has about a year's experience at a management consulting firm. From working as an intern at a real estate firm and an automobile giant to working for a Fortune 100 US entertainment client, she comes with a very diverse set of experiences. At IIM K's SIP 2020, she made it to the shortlist of almost all big consulting names including BCG, Deloitte, GEP to name a few. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing and binge-watching.
