Vishal Didwania, MDIGurgaon, Godrej PPO Holder
Vishal Didwania is a current student of the PGP-HRM course at MDI Gurgaon. He is a graduate in Commerce from Calcutta University. Vishal was one of Finalists of Godrej LOUD, featuring in the top 10 among over 2000 applications. He went on to do his internship in HR at Godrej Consumer Products Limited and secured a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). Vishal is an accomplished chess player ranked among the top 1.5 % rated chess players of the country. He has participated in the Commonwealth Chess Championship and won the National Universities Championship among other accolades. At MDI, he is a part of the Placement Committee, responsible for managing campus engagement and recruitment. He is always curious to learn and explore new things. He has a knack for problem solving and bringing in new perspectives. He is always open to new experiences, as he believes experiences are critical to growth.
Adya Shakti, MDI Gurgaon, ABGLP
Adya, a B.Tech (EEE) grad from GGSIPU Delhi pursued an MBA in HR at MDI Gurgaon. She interned with the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Program. Placed at ABGLP currently, Adya, among other ABGLP team members underwent a 4 month stint with different businesses in different sectors and is still involved in the same. Up till now, she has experienced Manufacturing, Retail and is currently working in financial services.She is avid reader of books - both fiction and nonfiction.
Naveen Sandal, SCMHRD, PwC SDC PPO Holder
Naveen Sandal is currently a second-year MBA student at SCMHRD, Pune, where he is a part of Samatva, the ISR club that works towards various social initiatives. He recently completed his internship at PwC SDC in a Management Consulting role with their People & Organisation competency. Prior to SCMHRD, he worked with TCS for 38 months, as a Software Developer for various clients in Mumbai and Gandhinagar. His interests are graphic designing and crime documentaries.
Shadab Hassan, TISS ODCL, Amazon PPO Holder
Shadab was working as an Assistant Manager in a Research & Analytics firm based in London when he decided to jump ship and pursue MA ODCL from TISS, Mumbai. He is a data enthusiast with deep appreciation for innovation and application of data therein. He has a unique capability to find or create proxy data for anything market or business related. He loves challenges and that's the reason behind getting involved in organizing 20+ national & international events in college days, heading 3 University student bodies to starting one's own website to buy/sell used books back in 2010. He was offered a PPO by Amazon and will be joining as an HRBP post completion of masters. Besides love for reading & writing poetry, He is an ardent fan of Manchester United.
Debayan Das, XLRI Jamshedpur, Amazon PPO Holder
A B.Tech (ECE) graduate from WBUT, Debayan has worked at Tata Consultancy Services for 32 months as a Systems Engineer. Currently,he is a 2nd year HRM student at XLRI and has interned and secured a PPO from Amazon. He’s part of the Cultural committee, Dramatics Club and the Social Media PR Cell of XLRI.
Aditya Kulkarni, XLRI Jamshedpur, Dr. Reddy’s PPO Holder
Aditya is currently a 2nd year HRM student at XLRI Jamshedpur. Hailing from Bangalore, he is an engineer by qualification having specialised in Information Science & Engineering. After completing his undergraduate studies in 2015, he worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions for 2 years before deciding to pursue MBA. He has been recognised as a Top Writer on Quora in 2017 and 2018 for writing answers and posts on wide and diverse topics. An avid quizzer since his school days, he is always curious to learn more. A voracious reader, he likes reading books belonging to different genres. He is a passionate supporter of Liverpool FC and hopes to watch them play at Anfield one fine day. He interned at Dr Reddy's Laboratories during the summer working on projects dealing with talent management.
