Sudhama Battula, XLRI, P&G PPO Holder
A Mechanical Engineer from NIT Jamshedpur, Sudhama was chosen for the Tata Steel Inspire Summer Internship program where he was offered a PPO. He then joined Tata Steel as a Management Trainee (MT) & received the best MT award from the CEO & MD TV Narendran. He then chose to work as Manager Operations at one of the state-of-the-art Hot Rolling facilities at Tata Steel which is a first of its kind in Asia. His work motivated him to do an MBA for understanding the broader business perspective. He chose to major in Operations & Supply chain and marketing domains at XLRI. Sudhama has interned with P&G during summers in their Product Supply vertical where he was offered a PPO. He is also currently serving as secretary for SIGMA-oikos, Social Initiative Group for managerial Assistance at XLRI.
Naveen B, NITIE, Nestlé PPO Holder
Naveen is a B.E (2017) graduate from Jadavpur University, post which he worked for 2 years in Vedanta Limited. He’s a 2nd year at NITIE, Mumbai pursuing MBA in the supply chain & operations domain. He secured an internship, followed by a PPO with Nestlé India in the same domain. His internship deliverables had 2 projects, one of which included designing a tracking tool to increase the efficiency of a certain process and the other in the demand planning domain. Naveen has a knack for street photography and loves portrait sketching.
Abhijith A, XLRI, RB PPO Holder
"If you want to leave your footprints in the sands of time, don't drag your feet". Abhijith, a Computer Science & Engineering graduate from NIT Trichy is a strong believer in the capability of corporates to transform the world into a better place. Currently a 2nd year at XLRI Jamshedpur, Abhijith pursued an internship with Reckitt Benckiser in the Supply Chain sector and received a PPO. He’s very passionate about basketball and an avid reader.
Harshit Dhawan, MDI, Amazon PPO Holder
A graduate from Delhi Technological University, Harshit has been born and brought up in Delhi. He was working with Fiat Chrysler Automobile in their Farm Equipment Division for 20 months before joining MDI Gurgaon. Currently, he is a Second Year PGPM student and is the Secretary of the Corporate Relations and Placement Committee at MDI. He has interned with Amazon during his summers as a BOLD intern and has secured a PPO. Harshit has always been a problem solver, which is what attracted him to Amazon in the first place. He loves to travel and is always up for learning and exploring something new.
Mayank Khatri, MDI, MARS PPO Holder
Mayank is currently working as a Management Trainee at Mars. He graduated from MDI Gurgaon earlier this year and did his internship at Mars after which he was offered a PPO. Previously, Mayank pursued engineering from NIT Surat in 2016, post which he worked at L&T for 1.5 years. Mayank is a sports enthusiast and likes watching cricket and football. He’s a big fan of Manchester United
Akshay Kothari, FMS, GEP PPO Holder
A BE (biotechnology graduate) from NSIT Delhi, Akshay has worked for 22 months with EXL analytics in a fraud strategy role. Currently he is a second year student from FMS Delhi and has interned and secured a PPO with GEP consulting. GEP excels in providing consulting services regarding supply chain and procurement and his project revolved around cost reduction of indirect spends for a manufacturing client. He is currently part of HR & OB society at FMS Delhi and previously was part of finance society.
