Ritika was almost done with Microsoft. She decided to move to Bangalore, left her job, booked tickets to Tanzania for a long vacay, and packed her bags too! And then her colleague at Microsoft popped up and asked her if she would like to move to the USA instead! In 3 days, Ritika Gupta, Ex Yatra & Dainik Jagran, MICA alum, had taken up her current role as Senior Program Manager at Microsoft Teams. In 3 months, she did move to a new city as planned, just this time it was in the USA! In this 3rd and last video of Ritika's interview, she talks to us about Microsoft Teams, and how they are managing the extra workload due to COVID 19 and the work from home policy.
