In the first part of the series we meet the top talent from across Business Schools in the country who bagged an opportunity to intern at ABG. The first 12 episodes are an insight into the personalities of these young interns who aspire to be leaders. We will also meet the Portfolio Head of Aditya Birla Leadership Program - Tanvi Sondhi and in another episode we meet 3 ABG stars who are leaders in their domains and have been with the group for over 7 years now.
This episode we feature another set of bright, young women from the premier business schools of the country, Anwesha Pal from IIM Calcutta and ABG Scholarship winner Eshita Razdan from FMS Delhi.
Anwesha would be interning with ABG’s flagship company Grasim Industries at Delhi whereas Eshita would be moving to Dubai to intern at SSOE in a strategy role. Eshita dreamt of being an archaeologist as a child. Anwesha who always wanted to become Miss India as a kid before she realised she wasn't growing tall enough, loves listening to ColdPlay, Arijit Singh and Rabindranath Tagore.
