She has experience working for a Digital Marketing start-up in Bangalore and a Business Communications and Marketing Agency in Kolkata where she worked with clients like WWF and Tata Steel.

The UPL’IIFT’ Series- by the Media Committee, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, in collaboration with InsideIIM is an initiative to help aspirants understand and prepare for the IIFT Entrance Exam with strategies adopted by some of the top performers from the college.
When did you start preparing for the GD-PI-WAT Process? How much time did you dedicate (daily and overall)?
Immediately after the results of the IIFT exam was out, I started PI preparation because I knew I had a good score and had a chance to make it to the shortlist.
What kinds of resources did you use during your preparation?
I took personalized Mock Interviews with tutor Moheet Gupta. Other than that I went through the CatKing marketing compendium to prepare for my GDPI.
Did you prepare through self-study or coaching? What was your reasoning for the decision?
A combination of both because you need the guidance of coaching but you also need enough time to formulate your own answers and implement your learnings.

What were the biggest challenges you faced during your preparation for the GD-PI-WAT process?
The plethora of resources and opinions on how to prepare. It's important to find what works for you. Persistence and faith in the process is key. It is also a challenge to drive your interview to points that you want to highlight in front of the interviewers.
