IIM Rohtak Admission/Selection Criteria 2025-27: Application Process
Phase I:- Online Registration for Post Graduate Programme (PGP) Admission 2025-27 (Batch-XVI), IIM Rohtak.
The minimum eligibility criteria for the registration process are based on the aggregate percentile in CAT 2024, as outlined in the table below:

Aspirants willing to apply for IIM-Rohtak must create a Login ID (Username and password) for online registration. They must also submit an application/admission data form along with a non-refundable registration fee of INR 3095. Besides minimum criteria for Interview Shortlisting, Metrics are not detailed by IIM Rohtak. Shortlisted candidates who submit the application form and registration fees within the specified deadline will be considered for the subsequent phases of the admission process (Phase II and beyond).
Phase II:- Personal Interview
- Shortlisted candidates from Phase I will appear in Phase II i.e. Personal Interview.
- All shortlisted candidates will receive an email to download their call letters for the Personal Interview. The call letter will include details such as the date, time, and necessary guidelines.
Phase III:- The Final Selection List based on CAT score, PI score, Gender and Academic diversity.
- The CAT percentile will carry a weightage of 60%, the Personal Interview score will account for 20%, and the remaining 20% will be allocated to academics and gender diversity.
- A weighted aggregate of CAT, Personal Interview, and Diversity components will be used to prepare the merit/rank list.
Offer for Provisional Admission for the PGP programme 2025-27 (Batch-XVI).
All candidates who make the shortlist will get a provisional admission offer letter sent to their registered email ID. Those who accept the admission offer from IIM Rohtak by the given deadline must pay the Offer Acceptance Amount via the admission portal. An automated receipt along with a transaction confirmation text will be dispatched by the bank to the candidate’s registered email ID and mobile number. A confirmation letter for provisional PGP 2025-27 admission will also be sent to their registered email ID.
