According to Prof. Dheeraj Sharma, Director, “Movies are one of the most powerful medium for society to gather information and learn new lessons. In Indian context, it is with deep regret that we have not done great job through the power of our movies. Our Film Industry should uplift the self-esteem of our youth so that they became confident about themselves. One should start thinking about alternative perspectives, enhance your though process, always go for both the perspectives of each situations.” In his address Shri Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, Indian Film Director said “In today’s time, this entire world is going through crises and that crises is trust. We have become trust deficient.  Every moment of our life has become a speculation. We are marketing ourselves on social platforms. We should invest time in our thoughts, emotions to make our decisions. To inspire the future generations we should not talk about gaps, weaknesses etc. We should focus on growth and trust to win the race. Today’s World, Trust value is missing in individual behaviors. In India, with so such diversification of our cultures, we all are living with each other because we know somewhere we are for each other. In the world, people trust Indians. They have this thought that Indians have loyalty and faith. Due to this reason most of CEO’s Directors in many MNC’s are Indians.   Dr. Joshi in his talk mentioned about the importance of emotional intelligence. He stated that even the well qualified people are unable to manage in social circle. Though the science of emotional intelligence is still evolving and yet to find its right place and acceptance, it plays a very important role in the corporate environment. Self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy and social skills are the key elements to emotional intelligence that one should adopt to. Continuing with the discussion on knowledge and wisdom, Shri Sanjeev Kaushal shared that regardless of where we are, we need to indulge in ethical issues. While mentioning the importance of change and self-actualization as a country, he stated that we have to progress away from the colonial and age old mindset and be free and take control of our own developments and innovations. IIM Rohtak has witnessed historic developments in recent years. The institute has been placed as the most progressive and breakthrough management institutions in the country. IIM Rohtak is ranked 8th among public management institutions in India for the second time in a row as per Outlook India Ranking 2022.
