GREAT SOULS Apart from infrastructure, any institute is all about people who make its legacy cherish for centuries. Our campus is a sacred place where missile man of India breathed his last. This is the sacred place where the man with dreams served till his last breathe. We have valiant souls from this campus who left their mortals while saving their family members, who marked their immortality in every young lad who entered the campus. Probably only campus where responsible students took part in infrastructure who thought about upcoming batches and build a bamboo roof on a path.
CULTURE People misunderstand the location of IIM Shillong as a disadvantage. The campus hails from a place where every woman is treated as mother. A place which has its culture, where women are treated above men. A city with village culture and peace-minded people shows the importance of life, values and family. This green campus shares a feeling of family, it stands for the development of each and every member. Seniors (PGP17) are one of the best seniors in the country who welcome us to the family, conveyed the importance and extended their much-required support to their juniors and invited us to bear the torch of the legacy of this family. This legacy continues ever and ever.
VIBRANT WORLD OF DREAMS AND OPPURTUNITIES The campus is a symbol of dreams of every future business leader and mirror of achievements of past batches. Every batch comes in with many dreams and responsibilities on shoulders learn from other batch members, develop their skills of life. Mould themselves fit for challenges of life and train their souls to face any hardship of life. Our campus (youngest of old IIM’S and oldest of young IIM’S) provides all the opportunities to grow in all the dimensions to lead the challenges of business and develop successful entrepreneurs to the country. Diversity is one thing that our batch and campus has. The campus has produced many business leaders and entrepreneurs to mark its importance in the industry.
