IIM Shillong has been set up with a vision of providing good quality management education and research in the North Eastern region of India. IIM Shillong nurtured in the laps of the serene green hills of the abode of Clouds, the state of Meghalaya provides the perfect ambience for serious academic pursuits of international standard. Some of the other uniqueness of IIM Shillong is the International Conference on Sustainability “SUSCON”, which is being organised on a regular basis since 2011, drawing young as well as experienced researchers from across the world. IIM Shillong has also been very fortunate to get Dr APJ Abdul Kalam as a Visiting Faculty, who had been inspiring the young minds of our students for several years till he breathed his last in 2015. Thereafter we have set up Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Centre for Policy Research and Analysis in the memory of the great inspirational icon.

I would like to work for Aditya Birla Capital in their mutual fund business because I am to fond of trading in the stock markets and researching about various sectors that’s what my passion is and Aditya Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company Ltd. is one of the best performing fund in India and this would help me to interact and learn from the brightest minds in the world of Finance.
