The ambitions of my life so far.
This is important that every individual have a goal of his own irrespective of whether it is for the short term or the long one. It doesn’t have to be big but it should surely be of a meaning to you and your life. It was my mother who taught me to dream and try my best for it and there was my father who gave me the strength to follow it. As an individual you need someone to have such an influence on you to do better in your life and in my case it is my parents.
The dreams and aspirations for me started during my school days. My first ambition was to score well during my exams and make my parents proud. Making the parents proud still is an inevitable part of my life. This feeling made me so committed towards studies during my school days where I used to top in some subjects. The problem that continuously haunted me during my school days was the exam fear. Through practice and more practice, I could build up my morale and get over with this fear of mine. During school days, I also dreamt of being a School leader. This dream made me evolve myself to become a better person which helped me get into the good books of my teachers. This dream came true and so came the added responsibility of the school as well as my studies. I had to co ordinate between the regular classes, entrance coaching and the day to day routines of the School captain. This was surely hectic, but the planning and the efficient use of time help me tide over this period of my life. One of the most difficult phases of my life came after my graduation as I could not get placed during my college. The pressures from all around put me in a position of very stressful manner and put me in a position to pursue an exam which would get me a job. The job was never meant to be mine and it turned out to be so. This made me think and lead to conclusion of preparing for the prestigious group of business schools, the IIMs. I worked for it and had a clear focus to get into an IIM. This also included training for the interviews, group Discussions and the written exercises. The days were totally focused on studies and reading as many materials that would help me. Finally, I reached my destination which is one of the important milestones of my life.
