- The top profiles offered include Product Manager, Category Manager, Key Account Manager, Fintech Business Analyst, Sales Leadership, Brand Acquisition Manager, and Senior Associate Consultant across diverse industries.
- A total of 112 students participated in the final placements process, of which 100 were placed and 12 opted out of the placement process. There were a total of 10 students with multiple offers in hand.
- The IT/ITeS sector was the most sought after for the MBA batch at IIM Sirmaur, with 35% of the batch opting for roles in this sector. This was followed by EdTech (28%), Consulting (10%) and BFSI (10%).

Sales & Marketing was overwhelmingly popular amongst the batch of 2021 at IIM Sirmaur, with a whopping 61% of the batch opting for Sales & Marketing roles during final placements, and earning an average salary of INR 9.64 lakhs. 12% of the batch opted for General Management roles.
Consulting was the next most popular domain for the batch of 2021, with 11% of the batch opting for Consulting roles. Only 1% of IIM Sirmaur's batch opted for HR roles.
