IIM Trichy successfully completed the final placements for the PGP (Post Graduate Programme in Management) 2015-17 batch, with the highest domestic CTC of Rs 33 Lakh, a 39% increase over last year’s highest CTC of Rs 23.81 Lakh.
The institute witnessed participation from 102 companies offering various roles to a batch of 104 students. Recruiters from various domains such as Automotive, BFSI, Consulting, E-Commerce, Healthcare, and Retail participated in the final placements this year. Almost one quarter of the batch (25 students) got a PPO/PPI.

Total 102 recruiters participated in the placement process, which has increased by 13 percent compared to last year. Top participating companies included Mahindra, YES Bank, Saint-Gobain, ICICI Bank, SBI, Standard Chartered Bank, Cognizant, JP Morgan Chase, Deloitte, Dell, Reliance Jio, Publicis.Sapient and Hindustan Petroleum among others. Aspirants were offered diverse roles in domains ranging from Sales and Marketing, General Management, Finance, Strategy and Operations, Consulting and Analytics and Human Resources.
