In 2023, DMS IIT Delhi saw the highest salary touch 41.30 lakhs, up by 13% from last year. The average salary increased by 18%, standing at 25.82 lakhs, while the median salary grew by nearly 20% over the previous year.

Function-wise, sales and marketing roles made up 22% of all roles offered to the MBA batch at IIT Delhi. Sales and marketing roles offered included Product Manager, B2B Sales Consultant, Marketing Management Trainee, Sales Management Trainee, Business Analyst and Business Development.
Strategy and consulting roles made up about 17% of all offers, and included profiles like Associate Consultant, Capabilities & Insights Consultant, Cybersecurity Management Consultant, Strategy and Management Consultant, Business Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, among others.
Finance companies offered coveted profiles such as Financial Services Consulting, Wealth Management, Finance Associate, Finance Manager, Portfolio Monitoring among others. Supply chain roles offered included Supply Chain Management Trainee, Program Manager, Quality and Process Excellence, Operations Strategy, amongst others. IT and analytics profiles included Data Analyst, IT Leadership, Product Specialist, Business Analyst, Marketing Analyst, amongst other coveted roles.
